Turkish Green Bean & Tomato Salad | Fasulye

This is such a versatile and easy-to-make dish. It also tastes great as a cold salad, maybe even more preferred this way in the heat of the summer. Regardless, it makes great us of seasonal produce and the ingredients are widely available.
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans
fresh or canned chopped tomatoes, drained of juices
2 tablespoons Oil of Anatolia
3-4 cloves garlic, grushed
Sea salt, to taste
Freshly chopped parsley, to taste
Directions
Boil the green beans in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain and set aside. Add the tomatoes, olive oil, crushed garlic. Season with salt, to taste. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
